We will share 50% of 1st year’s commission on every policy that we end up writing referred by you. You must be a P&C licensed Agent.

Refer to our Business which you did not write or could not write due to market access (Not Surplus Lines).

Examples Include:

  1. Not having Market Access. Not every Agent have access to all the markets for all the business referrals that come in.
  2. Uncompetitive. Your coverage/premium were just not competitive to make them switch.
  3. Expertise. Simply don’t understand their business well enough.
  4. Too Busy. Simply don’t have time or Staff for new business or account too small.

Referrals that we don’t want Surplus lines business, Business with loss history issues, and clients that are too difficult to deal with. We certainly don’t want Personal Lines, Life or Health insurance prospects.

Business that we want is anything and everything Liberty Mutual, Hartford, and Travelers will write. If it is out of Appetite of these 3 companies then please don’t refer them to us.
